We currently ship to the United States and Canada only.
All orders are fulfilled domestically — meaning your product will ship from our U.S. or Canadian warehouse, depending on your delivery address.

  • Processing time: 48 – 72 hours (Monday – Friday).
    Orders placed after 12 PM EST on Friday are processed the following business day.

  • Once processed, your order is carefully packed and transferred to our trusted carrier, FedEx.

During peak shopping seasons (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, holidays), handling times may extend slightly, but we always strive to keep you informed via email updates.

We primarily ship via FedEx, but in some regions we may use other certified partners to ensure faster service.

Once your package leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and link.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear in the carrier’s system.

6. Failed Deliveries & Address Issues

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or unclaimed parcel, we’ll contact you to arrange re-delivery.
Reshipping fees may apply in such cases.

7. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

If your order is lost or damaged in transit:

If confirmed lost or damaged, you may choose between:

Great

Its not like my original ornata v1 keys from 5 years ago. I dont mint the lower profile keys, as they are not too low profile for my gaming.My original ornata keys were slightly taller and narrower. Which was great for getting that "feeling" of pushing a button.

Works as expected. Sounds is soft and not loud like others, which I was looking for something more quiet. The size is as expected. Keycaps are more flat, matches what I was looking for. Recommended

Downgrade

The original ortana chroma was better than this. Each key was customizable instead of this it’s only in sections. The wrist rest is also much lower quality and is not comfortable. I wish the ortana wasn’t discontinued, it was the same price.

Great keyboard upgrade from Cynosa, might buy a second!

Replaced my wife's Cynosa Lite that broke (Alt/Fn key failure). Talk about a huge difference! I absolutely personally love the low profile responsive feeling and the clicking sounds compared to my excitement Corsair. This is just a top notch build of a keyboard that is worth the money.
