The noblechairs HERO Elden Ring Edition is a deluxe gaming/office chair inspired by the world of Elden Ring, combining high-end comfort with distinctive styling. It features a black-and-gold design with detailed embroidery, perforated front surfaces for airflow, and the iconic Elden Ring logo on both sides. Built on a robust steel frame, it uses cold-foam padding and offers generous dimensions with an enlarged backrest and seat. Ergonomically designed for long sessions, it includes 4D armrests, a reclining backrest between 90°–125°, integrated adjustable lumbar support, and a memory foam headrest. With a weight capacity up to 150 kg (≈ 330 lbs), it's built for both style and performance.

We currently ship to the United States and Canada only.
All orders are fulfilled domestically — meaning your product will ship from our U.S. or Canadian warehouse, depending on your delivery address.

2. Order Processing & Handling

  • Processing time: 48 – 72 hours (Monday – Friday).
    Orders placed after 12 PM EST on Friday are processed the following business day.

  • Once processed, your order is carefully packed and transferred to our trusted carrier, FedEx.

During peak shopping seasons (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, holidays), handling times may extend slightly, but we always strive to keep you informed via email updates.


3. Estimated Delivery Times

After your order has been shipped, average delivery times are:

5. Carriers & Tracking

We primarily ship via FedEx, but in some regions we may use other certified partners to ensure faster service.

Once your package leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and link.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear in the carrier’s system.


6. Failed Deliveries & Address Issues

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or unclaimed parcel, we’ll contact you to arrange re-delivery.
Reshipping fees may apply in such cases.


7. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

If your order is lost or damaged in transit:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at support@themegatronics.com.

  2. Include your order number and tracking ID.

  3. We will coordinate with FedEx to open an investigation.

If confirmed lost or damaged, you may choose between:

  • A free replacement, or

  • A full refund to your original payment method.


8. Split Shipments

In some cases, we may ship items separately if they are stored in different warehouse locations.
You will receive multiple tracking numbers if this applies to your order.


9. Taxes & Customs

Because all shipments are domestic within the U.S. and Canada:

  • No customs paperwork or duties are required.

  • Prices displayed on our website are tax-inclusive.
